The construction industry runs on people — but too often, recruitment treats them as a commodity. CSS exists to do it differently. We connect contractors with skilled, job-ready operatives while supporting career progression through training, upskilling and professional development.
That combination is deliberate. Because we deliver accredited training as well as recruitment, every placement can carry an upskilling pathway — which means contractors get more capable people over time, operatives get careers instead of gigs, and public-sector clients get social value they can actually measure and report.
We work UK-wide, across the core trades and site staff roles, with the compliance handled and a real person on the end of the phone.
